Sanal AI Chat is a packaged experience which you can embed inside your mobile apps or web app easily, and offer great AI-based chat capability for your customers.
Your users get the complete AI assistance inside your own apps — chat, recommendations, discovery, ordering and cart, all driven by the AI conversation — without a separate login or download inside the Sanal AI Chat widget.
This documentation explains how your app "host app" and the Sanal AI Chat widget work together seamlessly.
